This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between the owner of uaerest.com. (hereinafter uaerest.com, the “Site” or the “Site Administration”) on the one hand and the user of the site on the other hand.

By using the site, you agree to the terms of this agreement.

If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not use https://uaerest.com.

Definition of terms

1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
1.1.1. “Site Administration” (hereinafter – the Administration) – authorized employees to manage the site https://uaerest.com/, which organize and/or carry out the processing of personal data, as well as determines the purpose of processing of personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data.
1.1.2. “Personal data” – any information relating to directly or indirectly identified or defined by an individual (personal data subject).
1.1.3. “Processing of personal data” – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, removal, destruction of personal data.
1.1.4 “Confidentiality of personal data” – a mandatory requirement for the Operator or other person granted access to personal data to prevent their dissemination without the consent of the subject of personal data or availability of other legal grounds.
1.1.5. “Site” is a set of interconnected web pages located on the Internet at the unique address (URL): https://uaerest.com/, as well as its sub-domains.
1.1.6. “Subdomains” are pages or a set of pages located on third-level domains belonging to https://uaerest.com/, as well as other temporary pages with contact information of the Administration at the bottom.
1.1.5. “https://uaerest.com/ User” (hereinafter “User”) means a person accessing https://uaerest.com/ via the Internet and using information, materials and products of the Site.
1.1.7. “Cookies” – is a small fragment of data sent by a web server and stored on a user’s computer, which a web client or a web browser sends to a web server in an HTTP request each time it tries to open a page of the corresponding site.
1.1.8. “IP-address” is a unique network address of a node in a computer network, through which the User gets access to the Information resource.

General Terms and Conditions

2.1 This Agreement on the use of the Site (hereinafter – “the Agreement”) is made between the Site Administration and any User. Referring to any materials on the Site, placing references to it, quoting and reprinting the Site’s materials imply the User’s legally binding consent to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Site Administration and the User are collectively referred to as the “Parties”.

Modification of the agreement

3.1 The Website Administration has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time. Such changes shall become effective upon posting a new version of the Agreement at https://uaerest.com/. If the User does not agree with the changes made, he/she must deny access to the Site and stop using any materials on the Site.

Changing materials on the Site

4.1 All information and materials posted on this Site are presented without guarantee that they may not contain errors. The Administration of the Site has the right to change the information and materials posted on the Site at any time and without prior announcement of such changes.

User Obligations

5.1 The User agrees not to take any actions, which can be considered as infringing the legislation or norms of international law, including in the sphere of intellectual property, copyrights and/or related rights, and also any actions which lead or can lead to infringement of normal work of the Site and Site services.
5.2 The quoting or copying of materials on the Site, including copyrighted works, is prohibited without the written consent of the Administration of the Site, and an active indexed link to the Site https://uaerest.com/ is mandatory.
5.3 Comments and other records of the User on the Site shall not be in conflict with any requirements of law of the User’s country of residence, as well as generally accepted standards of morality and ethics.
5.4 The User is prohibited from publishing or transmitting advertising materials, advertising their services and goods, as well as encouraging them to participate in pyramid schemes.
5.5 It is forbidden to spread malicious computer programs and codes, as well as serial numbers to software products, passwords and other materials that help to get illegal access to other paid products and resources on the Internet.
5.6 All comments are pre-moderated. The Website Administration reserves the right to leave comments and other User records on the Site unpublished.
5.7. Administration reserves the right to modify, edit, modify and process User’s comments on the Site.
5.8 If the User does not agree with the changes of their material, they have the right to remove it on their own, or with the assistance of the Administration Website.
5.9 The following is prohibited for comments on the site https://uaerest.com/: use of obscene expressions; any offence to participants of discussion or anyone else; placing links to other sites or mentioning their names in the advertising purposes; posting meaningless comments, “flooding”; conducting political and religious disputes; posting duplicate (copyrighted) comments. Comments that do not comply with these conditions can be removed without warning and explanation.
5.10. Comments should not contain anchor text or keywords in the commenter’s name.
5.11. Comments containing any form of promotion, sales or affiliate links will be removed.
5.12. It is forbidden to use any login and password not belonging to the User for access to the Site and publications.

Limitation of Liability

6.1 The site reflects the subjective opinion of the Administration of the site. User uses the information on the site at his/her own risk. Any information on this site is not a call to action, the implementation of any financial transactions. The Administration is not responsible for any losses or damages to User that result from the use of this Site.
6.2. Site Administration is not responsible for visiting and using external resources, for obtaining by User any goods and services from external resources, the links to which may be contained on the site.
6.3 The User accepts that all materials and services on the Site, or any part of them, may be accompanied by advertising. The User agrees that the Website Administration is not responsible and has no obligations in regard to such advertising.
6.4 Any materials on the Site https://uaerest.com/ are provided on an “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind, either direct or indirect. User voluntarily refuses to prosecute the owners and Administration of the Site and compensation for possible damages and losses.
6.5. Administration shall not commit any unlawful acts to Users and personal information posted by them.
6.6 Administration is not responsible for any losses (financial, technical and other) of User. All information on this Site is for information purposes and is by no means the instruction for earning and profit.
6.7. Administration is not responsible for the accuracy of information copied from other sources
6.8. Administration is not responsible for the mismatch between the expectations of the User and actually received services
6.9. Administration does not bear any responsibility for services provided by third parties
6.10. In case of force majeure (warfare, state of emergency, natural disasters, etc.) Administration does not guarantee the safety of information posted by User, as well as uninterrupted operation of the information resource.

Trademarks and authorship

7.1 Registered trademarks mentioned on the Site https://uaerest.com/ are the property of their respective owners.
7.2 If you have any questions about copyrights on materials posted on the site, you can contact the Administration of the site via the feedback form.

Terms of Agreement

8.1 This Agreement shall take effect with any use of this site.
8.2 This Agreement shall cease to be in force upon the appearance of its new version.
8.3 The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally change this Agreement at its sole discretion.
8.4 The Administration shall not notify users of the changes in the Agreement.
User confirms that he is familiar with all paragraphs of this Agreement and unconditionally accepts them. Use of Site materials means full agreement with the User Agreement.
