Some prefer to get rid of all the excess, arranging unloading days. How effective and safe are they compared to full-fledged diets? Tangible effect quickly and permanently – that’s what interests those who want to lose weight in the first place. Unloading day really gives impressive results in the shortest possible time. Already morning body weight is reduced by an average of 1-3 kg, while the usual diet allows you to part with an average of 200-500 g of excess weight in one day. However, here it is important to take into account an important nuance. During the unloading day, the body rapidly thins due to the loss of a large amount of fluid. If you do not comply with the diet in the following days, this lack is filled as quickly, and all efforts are in vain. Long-term diet works differently. It allows you to reduce body weight more effectively by consuming fat cells rather than excess fluid. It is clear that this requires more time and effort, but it will be easier to keep the result in the future.

Almost any diet is designed for a long period, on average from one month to six months. To overcome the motivation and endure such a marathon is not everyone’s strength. Hence there are periodic breakdowns fraught with the return of extra pounds. Prolonged refusal of favorite forbidden foods often gives side effects in the form of sharp emotional swings, increased irritability and poor health. Often there are headaches and even malfunctions in the work of some body systems.

Unloading day in comparison with the diet – a run for a short distance. Nutritionists allow 2-3 unloading days in a row, but in no case more. Unload more than once a week should also not be. On the contrary, within the framework of a regular diet, cereals can be used to prepare hearty side dishes and independent dishes with the use of seasonings and a small amount of vegetable oil. Pour 100 g of cereal with 200 ml of non-fat kefir, leave in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, add 150 g of banana to the swollen mixture and whip with a blender into a homogeneous mass. Pour in another 200 ml of kefir and mix well. You can sweeten such a cocktail with a drop of honey. Divide the thick oatmeal smoothie into several equal portions and leisurely eat with a spoon during the entire unloading day.

It consists of two varieties of medium-grain unpolished rice – brown and red. Both of them have preserved valuable bran shells, in which the entire stock of vitamins, micro- and macronutrients is concentrated. And also rare red rice has a unique property – it is saturated with powerful antioxidants that protect the cells of the body from destruction.

Boil 300 g of a mixture of red and brown rice in unsalted water. Simultaneously boil 1 hard-boiled egg. Cut fresh radish, avocado, add herbs to taste. Mix rice with vegetables and egg, dress the salad with 2 tbsp. of soy sauce and pour lemon juice. You can decorate the salad with blueberries. Eat it throughout the day in small portions with an interval of 2-2.5 hours.

You can diversify the menu of a long-term diet with the help of buckwheat casserole. As a basis, we will take buckwheat “National”. This is a natural dietary product, rich in slow carbohydrates, dietary fiber and essential amino acids. Such a combination will benefit thinners.

Boil 150 g of buckwheat groats in slightly salted water and cover with a colander.

Mix 150 g of soft cottage cheese 5% with an egg and lightly beat with a blender. Add 70-80 g of low-fat sour cream, 2 tbsp. honey and 0.5 tsp. vanilla sugar, beat with a blender again. When the cooked buckwheat cools, combine it with the cottage cheese mass and knead to a homogeneous consistency. If desired, you can add some raisins and boiled carrots. Grease a baking mold with vegetable oil, sprinkle with ground bran and lay out an even layer of buckwheat-cheese curd mixture. Put the mold in the oven at 180 °C for 30-40 minutes. Delicious and hearty diet casserole is ready!

A proper diet should be complete. Therefore, boldly add light first courses to it. Pumpkin soup with rice “Health” “National” is what we need. Long unpolished grains due to the preserved shell are saturated with vitamins B, A, PP, as well as phosphorus, magnesium, zinc and iron. Such rice has a minimum amount of fat, but a lot of slow carbohydrates.

In advance, cook 70 grams of rice in unsalted water. While it is cooking, peel 400 g of pumpkin and a large sweet and sour apple, cut everything into large slices. Put them together with 3-4 garlic cloves in foil, pour 1 tbsp. olive oil, sprinkle with 1 tsp. coriander seeds and bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 °C. Puree the cooled pumpkin, apples and garlic with a blender, add hot water to the desired thickness. Pour the soup into a saucepan, add the rice, bring to a boil, salt to taste and a pinch of nutmeg. Serve pumpkin soup with sour cream and chopped greens. If desired, you can add a couple of cashew nuts.

With a competent approach, a full-fledged diet and unloading days are equally effective. The main thing is to follow the principles of good nutrition and do not torment the body with risky experiments. And in the preparation of a suitable menu you will always help TM “National” cereals.
